L&T® Shopping Centre indoor services include cleaning, property maintenance and maintenance of technical systems. This includes monitoring, maintenance and repairs of the building’s technical systems. The service package can also include services such as rented carpet services, greenery care and indoor waste bins. Our damage repair services provide help in case of water damage and other special situations.
Services for outdoor areas include maintenance of outdoor areas, waste management and recycling services, outdoor furniture and sorting containers, as well as wastewater services. Comprehensive environmental management also includes expert services for environmental management, a waste management plan and reporting.
Support for daily operations
L&T® Shopping Centre user services support the smooth flow of daily work and improve the efficiency of work and the use of time within the shopping centre and its client retailers. User services include, for example:
• moving, cleaning and maintaining shopping carts
• maintaining the bottle return room and machine
• loading platform hosting service
• information point services
• seasonal and window-dressing services
• expert services for environmental management.
Leaseholders within shopping centres will also benefit from removal box service and other additional services.
Control of service, quality and costs
The functionality of the L&T® Shopping Centre service package is based on co-operation with the customer. Quality requirements and customer-specific quality monitoring procedures are determined jointly with the customer. Quality monitoring, analysis and the focusing of improvement actions are aimed at continuous development. Quality can be monitored by means such as electronic surveys, mystery shoppers and involvement in the customer’s own quality monitoring.
