Photographing/videotaping sewers and pipes

At completion of a new building project we recommend photographing the pipe system in two phases. Phase one would take place after the pipe system has been completed; this can eliminate the need to redo surface finishing work, for example. Phase two would be done before commissioning of the building. Construction residues would be rinsed out if needed.
