User services refer to various functions that facilitate everyday routines in offices. User services can be a part of a service package including office cleaning or property maintenance, for example.
The services include lobby services with the tasks of visitor reception and guidance, forwarding maintenance requests and handing over keys against acknowledgement.
The office hostess may be in charge of making coffee and managing catering orders, as well as arranging and maintaining meeting rooms.
