Drying services after water damage
After damage has occurred, L&T’s damage repair services will dry the damaged premises to their original condition.

Rapid action prevents additional damage such as the spreading of dampness. This will also reduce the costs of repair. Our services also include dampness surveys on properties, as well as drying of premises and structures.
Our authorised surveyors will quickly investigate the extent of water damage and the required repairs. Leaks inside structures will also be investigated. The customer will receive a dampness survey report that can serve as the basis for necessary actions to prevent additional damage.

Reconstruction after damage
Damage repair works on the turnkey principle. L&T will perform all of the necessary repairs such as parquet installation, dampproofing, tiling and furniture installations. The overall service also includes the necessary final cleaning.
