Kiinteistönetti® is an Internet-based service for monitoring work being done in a building and its progress in real time.
The Kiinteistönetti® service facilitates and expedites planning, monitoring and reporting. Different users update information into the same database, providing different parties with all of the necessary information. Information will certainly be found, bureaucracy will be reduced and property maintenance in general will be more managed.
Services offered by Kiinteistönetti
Kiinteistönetti provides for daily routines and contact with L&T. The service covers the following, among others:
• creating fault reports
• monitoring fault repairs
• occupant registration information
• printing out registers of occupants.
Consumption monitoring provides real-time monitoring of:
• consumption
• costs
• realisation of targets.
All information is available on the terminal, and the required reports can be printed out in text or graphical format.
Kiinteistönetti® is also a planning tool. It expedites and simplifies the planning of building maintenance, cost calculation and monitoring of targets, as well as stores and organises all plans related to the building, such as periodic tasks.
