L&T has acquired waste management business of Sita Finland Oy in Oulu. The acquisition is effective from 1 May 2012.

Net sales of the business amounts to EUR 0.3 million. The two employees of the business will transfer into L&T’s service.

The business acquisition strengthens L&T’s existing service network in Oulu region. It also ensures an even better service availability and recycling opportunities for customers.
