L&T is devoted to developing staff competence. We support professional development through degree-oriented programmes as well as short-term courses. Training needs and opportunities are reviewed during appraisals between managers and their employees.
In many of our tasks, the required skills are developed through years of experience and determined training. On the other hand, in some tasks the correct ways of working can be learned in a few months through orientation and work guidance.
